Description of this holiday home in Andalusia
Dream house wanted: this spacious, detached holiday home with swimming pool is located in the middle of the olive groves near Iznájar in the province of Córdoba. The house is completely detached on a large piece of land and yet not far from a number of nice villages with local shops and terraces for a tapa with a drink. Upon arrival you immediately notice that this is a dream house in the Spanish countryside, which has been renovated with a lot of care and love for interior styling. After you have safely parked your (rental) car under the carport, take the stairs to the spacious terrace above, or walk right past the holiday home towards the swimming pool. This house is fully equipped, including 2 full kitchens, 1 of which opens directly onto the terrace by the pool with patio doors., Pure luxury!
Surroundings of holiday home Cortijo Adelantado
Iznájar is a typical Andalusian village with steep, narrow streets with orange trees, gardens, terraces, white houses and an Arab castle with a beautiful view of the 32 km long lake with water sports. Lake Iznájar is an absolute attraction for the surrounding area, and yet it is never crowded. On the beach you can eat at the chiringuito, take a boat trip or relax in the sand. The cities of Málaga, Granada and Córdoba can be reached within 1 to 1.5 hours from Iznájar; you are staying in the heart of Andalusia.
Layout
Ground floor: large terrace with swimming pool with covered dining area. Complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people. Two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The laundry room with washing machine is also located on this floor.
First floor: accessible from the outside via a stone staircase, large terrace with very spacious dining area and an awning covering almost the entire width. You enter the new, open kitchen through French doors, adjacent to the living room with dining area and pellet stove. Via a hallway, containing the stairs down, the master bedroom with a double bed with walk-in closet, walk-in shower and bath in the middle of the room! The fourth bedroom with a double bed also has its own bathroom with walk-in shower.
Remarks
• The pool is 8x4m and can be used from the beginning of May to the end of October.
• Linen change after 1 week during longer stays. If requested. complete cleaning against payment of € 120, -
• Deposit of € 300,- before arrival. You will receive it back after correct delivery.
• Internet in this area is very slow. Streaming, etc. is not an option. You pay per gig for the use of the internet connection.
