Description of the house
This detached holiday bungalow with swimming pool is set in the hills at approximately 1.5 km from the village of Sedella. Casa Almendros is named after the many almond trees around the property. In this beautiful setting you ll also find olive trees, fig trees and quite a few extraordinary plants. From the terrace you regularly hear the tinkling of bells from goats led into the hills by the goatherd. Casa Almendros was recently built in the regional style. From the house and its terraces you'll admire the great view of the hills, the Mediterranean in the distance and of the mountains in the nature park. The house is part of an estate with 7000 m2 of land. The final 250 meters to the house are via a well accessible dirt road. Casa Almendros is a homely house with exquisite tiled floors and characteristic Andalusian tiles in bathroom and kitchen. The living area is comfortable and cosy. In front of the house is a generous terrace with a pergola; a great place to serve your meals and enjoy the impressive views. Around the house are plenty of sunny or a shady places to choose from. The swimming pool is right beside the house! Directly from the house you can walk right into the hills or the higher mountains of the nature park on the other side. It's an ideal holiday location for those who love tranquillity yet also want to be in the vicinity of a village.
Surroundings of Casa Almendro
In 20 minutes you can walk to the village of Sedella, where you do all your shopping or visit various bars and restaurants. In a 40 minute drive you can be by the sea.
Floor plan
All rooms are on one floor. The living room has a lounge area by the open fireplace (can be closed off). The kitchen/diner is well-equipped and separated by an archway from the living room. There are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1 with a full-size tub and the other with a shower facility).
