Description of the house
El Peñasco, with swimming pool, is on fantastic location in the midst of nature with a totally unobstructed view of valley and mountains. One of the main reasons to build El Peñasco (‘steep rock’) on this particular location, had to do with the ‘sun and view`. Perhaps a special feature is that you can’t avoid finishing up on a terrace. The interior of El Peñasco is enchanting. The furnishing is of high quality. The house has all comforts, beautiful bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, central heating etc. At a lower level in the landscape is Casita Andres, initially the guesthouse of El Peñasco. In both houses you’ll have plenty of privacy because of the gardens. For a group of 8 people you can rent both houses. You can park at El Peñasco or higher up in the village. The last 200 metres to the house are on a rather steep and narrow road.
Surroundings of El Peñasco
Gaucín, a typical Andalusian village is within a few minute walk and offers you convivial village life. There are shops, bars and restaurants. Gaucín is situated in the southern part of the Serrania de Ronda and is an ideal starting point for walks into the surrounding hills and mountains. Within a 30 minute drive you’re at the seaside or in Ronda.

Ground floor: Living room with seats by the open fireplace. Archway to large kitchen. Separate toilet in the hall. One bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with full-size tub/shower and toilet
Downstairs: One bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with full-size tub/shower and toilet.

• El Peñasco is a smoke-free house
• The swimming pool measures 10x4 m
• Because of the different levels the location is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking or for small children
