This former farmhouse has recently been renovated/modernised into a magnificent, spacious home with architectural design, is in the midst of Cabo de Gate Nature Park at Fernán Pérez. For trips to the beach and interesting sites the house is in a favourable location. It’s a light and airy house with large windows, in contemporary style and with all modern the conveniences you may wish for, including free WIFI access. All rooms at the front of the house give access to a covered terrace. And for a group of 9 to 10 persons there’s also a guesthouse with extra bedroom and bathroom. The house is well isolated and with the wood burner it’s a comfortable house all year round. In short: you’re looking at a delightful family house on a beautiful central location.

The house is close to the peaceful village of Fernán Pérez where you’ll find a shop and an authentic bar/restaurant. It’s a 15 minute drive from Las Negras: the closest beach and small town with restaurants and terraces. The wonderful beach of El Playazo is at a distance of 20 minutes by car. Agua Amarga can be reached through a shortcut within a 15 minute drive.

Remarks
• It’s a smoke-free house.
• Final cleaning not included in the price: € 125,-
• Pool can be used from the 1st of May until the 28th of October.
• In the cold winter months, in addition to the wood burner, electric heaters can also be used for a fee of € 100 per week.
• The nearest airport is Almeria (LEI), this is a fairly small airport. Alicante airport (ALC) is 3 hours away, this also applies to Malaga (AGP).
