This fantastic villa is located in Mojacar Playa, a modern and lively resort with 9 km. of beach. From the villa and the terraces you have a beautiful sea view. The house is very complete and thanks to the air conditioning (hot and cold) suitable for every season. In winter you can enjoy the round living room with sea views on all sides. The fireplace creates an extra cosy atmosphere! From the house you can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes where there are several bars, restaurants and shops. There are also several possibilities for water sports. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with private bathroom. In the beautiful and well maintained garden are several terraces. This villa is luxury at its best!
Surroundings Villa Mons Sacra
The village of Mojacar is divided into Mojacar Playa and Mojacar Pueblo, which is situated on a hill and offers beautiful views to the sea and the surrounding mountains. The house is about 1 km. from the beach, a ten minute walk. Almeria is about 90 km. away. The airport of Alicante can be reached in about 2.5 hours and Málaga airport 3.5 hours. Murcia airport (from Charleroi and Antwerp) 1 hour 15 minutes. Golf at 2 km. distance.

Everything is on the ground floor. There is a spacious round living room, dining room and kitchen. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom and sea view. Second bedroom with double bed, bathroom and sea view. Third bedroom with 2 single beds and patio doors to the pool.
Remarks
- In high season (july/august) minimum rental period is 2 weeks. You pay € 60,- for an interim cleaning.
- Rental only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
- You pay a deposit of € 500,- upon arrival. This can be done with your credit card. If you leave the house neatly, the deposit will be returned to you.
- Nearest airport is Almeria (LEI), at approximatly 90 kilometres.
