Layout of this luxury holiday villa on Mallorca
From the car park, some stone steps lead us to the terrace where the entrance to the main house is located. From there you access the living room, equipped with luxurious sofas where you can enjoy a movie on the impressive 65-inch screen of the smart TV. The TV has a wireless internet connection that allows you to access Amazon, Netflix and other platforms with your own account.
From the living room an arch leads us to a hallway that connects to the kitchen from which you also have direct access to the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a nice table with 8 chairs.
From the above hall you also have access to the other rooms of the house. On the ground floor you will find two of the four bedrooms: one with a double bed and a complete bathroom en suite, and another with two single beds. A second renovated bathroom completes this floor of the house.
Stairs lead us to the upper floor where the rest of the rooms are located: a double bed with a bathroom and shower en suite, and another bedroom with two single beds. The double room offers a beautiful view of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains. All rooms have air conditioning.
Villa Blanca is also a feast for the sences outside. The large covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor table for 8 people and is the most practical as it has easy access to the kitchen and barbecue, ideal for those who like to grill. Passing through the double stone wall, you enter the chillout area, with a multitude of seating areas and lovely shaded areas throughout the day. This is the ultimate place to relax after dinner. The second covered terrace is adjacent to this and has a small bar, table tennis and table football.
Last but not least, at the front of the house is a small terrace furnished with a table and 4 chairs for those who prefer to sit in the shade of the oak trees. The rectangular pool of more than 50 m2 has Roman steps, around the pool are more than enough sun loungers and a Balinese day bed. Next to the house with direct access to the outside there is a renovated toilet with shower and the laundry room.
Direct surroundings of the holiday villa on Mallorca
If you want to leave your holiday villa, which we cannot imagine, the beach is about 3.5 kilometers away. The lovely town of Pollensa is about 4 kilometers away. For a day trip we heartily recommend Palma de Mallorca, about 45 minutes from your holiday villa.
