Description of this marvelous holiday home 

Extraordinary 250 year old, completely renovated country home with swimming pool in the fascinating nature near Pollensa. You’ll only hear the sound of the birds. The perfect place for those who appreciate tranquillity and nature!! The owners have carefully preserved the ancient character of the house that contributes to the attractive and homely ambience. The terrace behind the house offers a view of the magnificent surroundings. Here too, is a covered terrace with seats. The concrete swimming pool is situated on a higher level accessible via a few steps. It’s quite exceptional that the water from the pool comes from a spring and that the excess water irrigates the surrounding land. The flowing water cleans the pool in a natural way. Wireless internet available.

Surroundings of this large holiday home Mallorca

The house is 6 km from picturesque Pollensa in the direction of the Tramuntana Mountains. You can go for wonderful walks directly from the house. The closest beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are approx. 12 km from the house.

Layout of the holiday home

Ground floor: entrance at the lounge with open fireplace and with open access to the dining room with masonry bench and doors to the rear terrace and access to the kitchen, bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin on the left.
First floor: the stairs in the lounge downstairs lead to the first floor. On the landing is a space with seats and an extra bed. Adjacent are 3 bedrooms, one of which with a double bed, the second one with a double bed and an extra bed and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. There’s another space with an extra bed. Bathroom with tub/shower, washbasin and toilet.

Remarks

• Extra cleaning of bathrooms/change of towels in the middle of the week.
• Persons aged 16 and over pay 2.20 euros (+10% VAT) ecotax per day.
